The technical expertise and know-how gained from developing specialised machinery for the powder coating of screws is presently being deployed into a new niche production project that is expected to have a large impact in the market. For competitive reasons, the nature of this project cannot yet be revealed. The goal of Alfa-tec is to always stay the best in the respective areas of expertise it enters - and further to continue developing new and interesting projects.

Alfa-tec is focused on OEM sales word wide. A long experience concerning competence, know-how and – not the least – attitude towards servicing such kind of customers is founded deeply into the soul of the company. Alfa-tec knows these obligations and fully lives by them. Official recognition of this style and commitment has also been achieved on more occasions by customers.

Logistic and effective production - and delivery performance is always a high priority area. Alfa-tec has developed a logistic setup which facilitates both delivery of large volume orders as well as smaller service deliveries quickly and effectively. The aim is to be able to offer the best service available and thereby reducing OEM customers stocks without loosing their flexibility.

Alfa-tec is part of a strong group of companies that each performs at a high level within their respective areas of competence. The sister companies in the group has each excelled into relevant niche areas and holds several patented and design protected products and/or production methods. A very strong cooperation and joint focus/research on new production methods secures that each of the respective companies always remain technology leaders in the market.

Quality Control is a vital and natural part of daily life in Alfa-tec. Besides implemented systems that document everything in the development and design phase, SPC (Statistic Process Control) and batch control of incoming goods before final delivery is carried out. The quality control is done according to international norms, but in several cases stricter Alfa-tec norms have been applied (e.g. drill performance). The group of companies has jointly invested in its own state-of-the-art testing facility. At its disposal is such equipment as Salt Spray Chambers, Drill Performance tester, X-ray machine, Torque Wrenches, OES – Optical Emission Spectrometry, Hardness Tester, UV-equipment, Tension Testing equipment, etc. to ensure high quality for all products.
